Being the ‘skinny fat’ kid at school, I started training when I was 14 years old. During the first few years, I made a lot of mistakes. I sacrificed my social life, counted every calorie, and spent all my free time in the gym, in the pursuit of a six-pack.
Fortunately, despite these initial difficulties, I went on to study at University in 2014 (BHS) and I then qualified as a Personal Trainer; after which I spent 1000’s of hours on the gym floor, training people face-face.
In 2020, I moved fully online so I could provide more support, to more people.
My expertise is bodybuilding and running. I don't have your typical 'runners build' in order to run fast and I'd love to show you how it's done!

1. Check-in: Advanced (Monthly) / Hybrid (Weekly)
2. Running Programming: The 'Hybrid' plan includes a detailed running programme (Pace, HR, Intervals etc.), which is best suited to those aiming for a specific event and/or pace goal.
3. Bespoke Weights: Advanced (Sets & Reps) / Hybrid (Sets, Reps & Weight)
Only with the 'Hybrid' plan.
With the 'Advanced' plan, you'll be programmed Sets & Reps but you can personally note your weights (in-app) every workout, and look back at what you've lifted as and when, to ensure you're continually making progress.
